Physiotherapy
Our experienced physiotherapists work with you to help identify the root causes of your pain or dysfunction and then work with you to recover your abilities - whether in everyday life, work, or play. We use a combination of strategies and tailor our approach to your unique circumstances. We offer both traditional physiotherapy and physiotherapy with an IMS centered approach that uses advanced assessment and needling techniques.

Gunn IMS (Dry Needling)
IMS is a safe and effective physiotherapy technique that uses small, thin needles to release tight, painful muscles and stimulate healing, reduce pain, improve function, and reset the nervous system to a more relaxed state. It takes into account a whole-body approach and typically creates change quickly.

Massage Therapy
Our Registered Massage Therapists use skilled therapeutic massage techniques to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve wellness. Treatments consist of deep tissue massage to release muscle tension or “knots”, restore mobility and relax the body, and can address general body areas like the back and neck, or specific problems such as a frozen shoulder, recurrent headaches or specific injury.
